When you place your order, we process a $0 authorization to verify your payment method. We won’t charge your card until your order passes our initial optician review, which usually takes less than 24 hours.

Building your custom-tailored prescription eyewear to perfection takes time. The total time it takes us to make your new glasses depends on your prescription and the lens features you choose. Most custom orders are ready to ship within 2 weeks from receiving your prescription. (This estimate excludes weekends and holidays.)

All SportRx orders include free domestic ground shipping via UPS or USPS, which takes approximately 5–7 days.

Express shipping is available for $12 and shipping time is 3-5 business days to most locations.

Overnight shipping is available for $30 and is one business day to most locations. Please keep in mind that overnight shipping to rural addresses (including many awesome snow resorts!) is typically two business days. Overnight shipping is not available to PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO, or international addresses. All APO, FPO, and DPO United States military addresses are shipped via USPS.

For international orders, we ship to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. International orders are shipped via USPS and can take up to two weeks for delivery.

Frames and prescription lenses are covered under independent warranties.

A manufacturer's warranty covers your frame for one year. This warranty covers defects and breakages that shouldn't occur under normal use. It won't cover accidental damage due to negligence, so try to avoid dropping, sitting on, or letting your dog get ahold of your new glasses!

SportRx-brand prescription lenses with one of our anti-reflective coatings or a scratch coating are eligible for a one-time lens replacement. Our ScratchDefense™ and GlareDefense™ coatings have a one-year warranty, while our GlareDefense™ Pro and BlueDefense™ coatings have a two-year warranty.

Brand-specific warranties cover all other direct and authentic brand lenses. These warranties cover surface scratches and defective peeling attribute to normal wear-and-tear, so remember: on your face or in the case!

Absolutely! Contact us and our optical ninjas will locate your previous order and help you create a new order for replacement lenses. Whether you want them to be identical to your original pair, or are looking to switch things up, we'll walk you through all the details of your new order. You'll also receive detailed instructions on sending in your frame, so you can rest assured that your favorite glasses are in safe hands.
